RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
Returns:
Can I return my order? Yes, if you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. The order must meet the following conditions:
- The order contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product arrived. Normal use is acceptable, but damage due to careless handling is not.
- The product was defective upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs for returns.
A return shipment will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
Important Information for Returns:
- A return tracking number is required. Without it, we cannot verify the parcel's status and cannot provide the corresponding service.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the tracking information confirms that the returned parcel has reached our warehouse in Ningbo, China.
- When declaring the parcel’s value for return, please declare a small amount to avoid customs issues. If the parcel is held by customs due to a high declared value, we will not offer a refund or resend if taxes are required to collect the parcel.
- For parcels returned to us, we can only refund the product cost and cannot compensate for the original shipping costs from China to the customer's location.
Refunds:
Customers will receive a 100% refund once the product has reached our warehouse in China at the provided address.
Special Return Policy for Clothing Items:
- If a customer removes a clothing item from its plastic protective packaging, it is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. The packaging must remain intact for the return to be accepted.
AfterSell Purchases:
- Products purchased through AfterSell cannot be canceled or returned, as these items are offered at a special discounted price. By accepting this special price, the customer agrees that the sale is final, and no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.
MYBABYBUMP is not liable for refunds under the following circumstances:
- Sizing concerns:
- The size does not fit.
- The size is too small or too large.
- Sleeves are too short or too long.
- The size is inconsistent with the size chart (within a reasonable range).
- Customer dissatisfaction.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: support@my-babybump.com
- Ensure the email contains the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (in case of breakage or damage)
- First and last name
- Customer address
We will then provide you with the return address. Please note: Never send the return shipment to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return address after you have contacted us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Cancellation:
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions if they are natural persons concluding a legal transaction for purposes not largely attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Cancellation Conditions:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receive the goods. However, since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order is placed. A refund is only possible once you have received the goods and initiated a return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MYBABYBUMP) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). Withdrawal is complete once we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
